2025 Conference Grants

Every year we support conferences and seminars in Hong Kong, which are of direct benefit to Hong Kong and which will have a significant participation of Hong Kong-based scientists.


The topics we support are in the fields of natural science, technology or medicine, preferably with a research emphasis.

 

Applications should be submitted through your university. We hold a competitive exercise each year to consider applications for support. The closing date each year for applications is 5 February 2025. For more information see Notes for applicants.

Deadline

Each university has its own internal deadline for applications. Please check with your Research Office. Universities must submit their nominations by 5:00PM (Hong Kong time) on 5 February 2025 . You can return to these pages as many times as you like before that date to revise and complete your application.

Late applications will not be considered.
